Description Summary of Service Functionality:
- ToxTree prediction of various toxicity hazards, as well as pKa prediction.
- Generic REST wrapper for Weka machine learning algorithms, currently available are k-means clustering, J48 decision tree and linear regression

Note: Toxtree and pKa are algorithms, relying on predefined rules, no training data set is necessary to build a model! Weka machine learning algorithms require dataset_uri= parameter to read the training dataset from, and for J48 and LR algorithm target= parameter (feature URI) to specify target variable.
