MaxTox Tutorial
Maxtox is a suite of models to predict toxicity of novel compounds based on their similarity to compounds with known toxicities. Compounds forming a model have the same Endpoint Toxicity. Note for developers : Currently MaxTox is working without A&A.

(This is the latest and working version of MaxTox tutorial. MaxTox now provides user with a web service where he/she can fingerprint the data, predict toxicity of unknown dataset and make new prediction models using MaxTox algorithm.)
(This is the first version for tutorial explaining the clear instructions to user on how to use MaxTox along with brief description on MaxTox workflow. An updated version will be uploaded soon. Comments and queries are most welcome.)
