A short summary of work accomplished on the first six months of the project.
During the first six months of the OpenTox project we have made good
progress on progressing both the vision, definition and initial
technical designs of the OpenTox Framework.
Significant work activities have now been collected in four initial OpenTox reports:
D1.1 Initial requirements, standards and APIs
D2.1 Project repository and website
D3.1 Initial ontologies for toxicity data
D4.1 Report on Algorithm Evaluation and Selection
This information is currently being incorporated into the website.
Current ongoing technical work is refining architecture design, interfaces, approach to web services and data schema evaluation. This will support early phase 1 application development work for prototype testing.
