Initial OpenTox Applications now available: ToxPredict and ToxCreate

The first two OpenTox applications, ToxPredict and ToxCreate, based on the OpenTox API, have been created as prototypes, and combine into the applications a distributed set of multiple web resources interoperating through REST web services.

The ToxPredict Application supports the case of a user providing an input chemical structure, to then predict a toxicity endpoint.

The ToxCreate Application supports the case of creating a predictive toxicology model.
