ToxML Workshop: Using the ToxML Wiki Site

Philip Judson and Mohammed Ali (Lhasa Ltd)

ToxML is an open standard based on Extensible Markup Language (XML). The standard is delivered and developed through a curated wiki website. As well as accessing the current version of ToxML and participating in a discussion forum, registered users can make direct contributions to a draft next version. The contributions are open to comment and revision by other users and site curators can review them and incorporate them into the formal release version of ToxML. In this workshop, delegates will be able to learn about the site and to try submitting proposals to the draft version for themselves, using a copy set up just for the workshop so that they need not fear making inappropriate contributions to the live site.
