Integrated Enrichment and Analysis of Omics datasets mapped to Pathways

In this workshop participants will use InCroMAP to carry out the integrated analysis and pathway-centered visualization of cross-omics datasets. A typical use case of the InCroMAP software will be demonstrated by means of an example dataset comprising multi-level omics data from five different platforms. All analysis steps including the preparation and import of the omics data, the identification of relevant pathways using enrichment analysis, and the integrated visualization of the data overlaid on specific pathways will be explained in detail.
