Seascape Learning (SL)

Seascape Learning (SL) has been operating in the Indian market for over ten years having developed the market for Computational Chemistry vendor Tripos Inc. SL maintains excellent relationships with innovative researchers and institutions in India to work on collaborative projects in computational chemistry. For this project, the SL team will be working under the guidance of Dr. Indira Ghosh, who is a renowned drug discovery scientist in India.

  • Development of hybrid molecular descriptors

  • Scoring System and Predictive Model development
  • Algorithms for the calculation of ‘relaxed’ maximal common substructures (MCS) and minimum common bioactive substructures (MCBS)
  • Web enablement of the programs/tools developed
  • (Q)SAR model validation
  • Development of Tutorials and Teaching Materials
