Ideaconsult Ltd is a small spin-off company registered with Sofia City Court at the end of 2004. The company was founded with the objective to provide consultancy and technical services in the areas of chemoinformatics, QSAR, data mining; design and feasibility study of computer networks; support to governmental organisations, small and medium enterprises that require assistance in writing projects in IST and the Environment.
Main tasks on OpenTox:
- Framework implementation leader
- Building blocks for a (Q)SAR decision support system
- Database for QSAR models (compliant with ECB QMRF)
- AMBIT database with more than 450 000 chemical compounds
- Chemoinformatics and data mining algorithms
- Algorithms for the determination of chemical similarities and applicability domains
