Algorithms
This section describes algorithms used in the OpenTox predictive toxicology framework.
OpenTox Algorithms are documented accorded to the OpenTox Algorithm Template and are published through the Documentation section of the development area of the website.
An initial set of Algorithms were documented and accepted during the first 6 months of the project; detailed descriptions may be found in the OpenTox Report on Algorithm Selection and Evaluation (February 2009) which is available in the reports area of the website.
Algorithm developers in the community may submit further algorithms for potential inclusion in the framework and development planning using the template format.
