Organs Ontology

An ontology on 13 organ systems for rodents, whereas species specificity has to be introduced by linkage to a species ontology. Toxicological effects may be linked by the respective ontologies.

 

Effects Ontology for the respiratory tract

An ontology on the neoplastic and non-neoplastic lesions in the respiratory tract of rodents which may be linked to the respective organ ontolgoy for rodents and which contains also detailed diagnostic features. The ontology is based on the publication by Renne et al., Toxicologic Pathology, 2009,http://tpx.sagepub.com/content/37/7_suppl/5S.short.
